We have discovered that many of our clients do not have the internal resource to support their sales leaders and high performers in their growth to hit maximum potential. Sales Managers and Sales Directors often comment that they feel like they are talking a different language to the rest of the leadership team.Selling is a mental skill similar to sports; 50% Mental, 30% Technical and 20% Product Knowledge, we offer a sales coaching programme that can be independently provided or utilised to compliment the material delivered in the training. We sales coach both sales leaders to help them get the best out of their people, as well as sales coaching individual sales people to take them out of their comfort zone.
High performers in all disciplines have someone they use to help motivate, challenge, educate, support, and encourage. We believe that a sales performance coach shows the right balance between empathy, knowledge transfer and accountability in order to help the individual hit their goals.
