Katty Morgan’s career in sales began in Venezuela in 2006 within the EMI group during an acquisition by a European consortium. She started in strategic sales planning in the B2C and B2B channels in Medellin, Colombia and since then she has served in marketing and sales departments in different LATAM countries including Colombia, Venezuela and Panama, and is now based in Spain. Her 1st degree was in Industrial Engineering and she later went on to complete an MBA. Her expertise in sales has come through being dynamic, great interpersonal skills and working hard to hit targets and has allowed her to develop her potential as a consultant.

Interests:

Out of the workplace, Katty enjoys sports, particularly road running, trail running and cycling. She loves to travel and explore different cultures.
