Lars Tewes is the managing director of SBR Consulting, a sales performance consultancy. He has over 25-years of experience in creating sales force effectiveness in businesses around the globe.

In 2002 his passion for professional selling and sales transformation led him to set up SBR. He tackles the issues of business development from a strategic viewpoint, through to implementing tailored sales and BD programmes. His ultimate goal is to, ‘Elevate the practice and perception of sales worldwide’.

Over the past 15 years he has worked directly with over 300 firms from entrepreneurial start-ups to global financial & engineering firms to professional service practices, plus many other industries and help them achieve true sales transformation.

Lars is committed to helping companies make sales and business development a major part of their culture and to help inspire individuals find habits for success that allow them to maximise their levels of performance, whilst having fun doing it!

He also practises what he preaches and continues to be a sales practitioner: making sales calls, holding meetings, setting targets, facing rejection, negotiating and winning business, leading by example in everything he does. He understands his client’s challenges and inspires them to achieve their goals.
