As Business Administrator, based in the Czech Republic but covering multiple roles across SBR’s European businesses, Kristína has to ensure the leaders, consultants, and herself utilise time efficiently.

Externally, Kristína liaises with clients and creates bespoke reporting. Internally she continues to codify & optimise all delivery processes across the business, all to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a critical component of both staying organised and communicating well.

Kristína supports SBR with brand recognition and credibility in core target markets with our ICP, and drives the lead generation engine to augment our network. She also has expert knowledge in a variety of software packages that she uses daily including Salesforce, SAGE , MS 365, Mailchimp & SurveyMonkey. Kristína requires a lot of behind-the-scenes problem-solving.
