Natalie liaises with clients, creating bespoke reports and presentations, all to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a critical component of both staying organised and communicating well.
Natalie has expert knowledge in a variety of software packages that she uses daily including Salesforce: SBR’s customer relationship management tool (CRM), SAGE: accountancy software for assistance with the Finance Director, Microsoft Office 365 package for the company IP & SharePoint, and MailChimp & SurveyMonkey for marketing.
Post-meeting follow-up, minute taking, handling external suppliers, project work & billings are also parts of the role that best accomplish the Managing Director’s and company’s objectives. Natalie requires a lot of behind-the-scenes problem-solving.
