Working in the UK, US, EMEA and APAC, she has delivered growth plans and culture shifts from the boardroom to the war room.
From interesting beginnings, winning major international defence contracts, she moved to PwC. Living in London, Sydney, and Geneva, she worked across various industry sectors, lines of service, and products to build teams and deliver cohesive, winning strategies.
From here, Ellen joined a boutique financial services company, helping to grow the firm by 40% in 15 months. A professional coaching qualification led to her own sales enablement business. Trusted relationships and delivered value led her to join the SLT at one of her clients. Fully accountable for the P&L of all project delivery, she refined her commercial decision-making and demonstrated an absolute commitment to client experience.
