Working closely with senior stakeholders, he provides clear, commercially focused insight to inform decision‑making and long‑term planning. His expertise spans budgeting, forecasting, resourcing and financial governance, alongside leading complex system and process improvements to strengthen efficiency, control and data quality. Recognised for his analytical rigour and pragmatic approach, Geraint combines technical depth with a strong understanding of how finance drives business performance.
