Hugo has over a decade of sales experience across various industries including Recruitment, IT and Real Estate and Energy. He has experience in FTSE 250 companies and also start-up, and scale-up environments. After being a top performer in a large sales organisation, Hugo set up his own IT Consultancy which was scaled to 7 figures of revenue in the first 18 months and continued for 4 years. He later successfully helped raise millions of pounds in Development funding for Solar Energy Developments across Europe. As well as his exposure to a variety of industries, he has also lived in Marseille, Barcelona, Bangkok, Amsterdam and London – giving him diverse exposure to multiple ways of working across cultures and countries. His main interests in Sales & Performance Consulting are Communication, Psychology, Persuasion, Coaching & Change Management.
