For over 20 years, Jaime has been helping sales leaders and their teams achieve higher performance and sustained results. With expertise in GTM commercial environments, he has a deep understanding of how focused leadership development drives both immediate business impact and long-term career growth. He has developed and coached Sales and GTM leaders across Technology, Fintech, Finance, Professional Services, Public Sector, and Energy.
Jaime previously served as Senior Director of Global Training at DocuSign, following senior roles in European and global organisations. He specialises in designing programmes that enable leaders to execute sales strategies more effectively while building motivated, high-performing teams that deliver strong commercial results.
As an accredited Executive Coach, he coaches VPs and Sales Directors. Jaime also teaches leadership development at the IMI, one of the world’s top-ranked business schools for executive education.
