Karen has held CPO / Head of roles within companies such as Bayer, Serco, AZ, Barclays, and BAE Systems as well as senior consultancy roles. She has lived in both Germany and India, as well as spending significant time in China, Brazil and the USA. Recognized for delivering results, building strong organizational capabilities both within procurement and procurement user teams as well working with merger integration teams for synergy delivery. BPO and transformation projects include F&A, IT, HR R&D and Procurement. Karen has also led consulting teams in dealing with a range of “burning platform” issues from critical supplier relationship remediation to urgent savings programmes across various Global client accounts.
