As head of the business’s marketing, event, and sales operations, Oliver manages multiple projects and is responsible for turning SBR’s growth strategy into reality. He is also responsible for managing the business’s systems while increasing the volume of marketing-generated leads to the sales team. He turns archaic thinking into modern, automated processes, such as building the CRM Salesforce and recently developing HubSpot as a marketing tool. The job offers many opportunities for his new ideas, often leading to troubleshooting and ‘finding a way’. His work must be high quality and thorough: prioritisation and planning are the keys to his success. Also, if you watch the film ‘Yesterday’, you’ll see him perform on screen for half a second!
