Paul enables marketers to reach their full potential by designing and delivering programmes that build skills, shape strategy, and improve how marketing works. He brings a rare blend of client-side and consulting experience across sectors including tech, healthcare, FMCG, energy, and financial services. His work spans capability frameworks, learning journeys, strategic planning, and operating model design, always grounded in marketing´s commercial.
What sets Paul apart is his belief that capability building is a marketing challenge, not just a training one. He applies the same customer-first mindset to capability building that great marketers use with their audiences. A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Learning Performance Institute, Paul also serves on the board of edcom (the European Institute for Education in Commercial Communications), supporting the development of future marketing talent.
