Núria started her career in HR back in 2011 for General Electric. Her interest in people led to her working with third parties such as Hotelbeds and eventually Thomas Cook Hotels & Resorts as an HR Director, managing 26 hotels and 2,500 employees with an HR team of 9.
Núria collaborated with an SME in Mallorca, in a growing sector, that was looking for someone to create an internal HR department and ensure sustainable growth as well as the professionalisation of its team. This was by implementing processes, procedures, building training plans for all areas, improving communication, restructuring the organisation and workflows and ensuring a solid continuity.
Once the project was completed and an HR Manager was hired, she moved to the Executive Board as an external counsellor and has her own clients running a small HR consultancy, supporting SMEs and multinationals of various sectors, across the entire spectrum of the people area.
